چکیده
Abstract Background Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) plays a pivotal role in platelet activation. The purinergic ADP-receptor P2Y12 has therefore been targeted the treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD) to prevent atherothrombosis (1). Beyond expression on platelets, receptors have also described hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (LSK) (2). After myocardial infarction (MI), accelerated LSK proliferation launches emergency hematopoiesis as driving force behind inflammatory response MI, increasing cell production bone marrow (BM) providing leukocyte resupply for local recruitment infarct (3). cascade after MI covers intricate multilayered interactions between injured myocardium BM that still remain be fully elucidated may unearth novel therapeutic strategies. Whereas P2X recently found involved trafficking (4), P2Y not yet characterized. Purpose This study aims characterize influence signaling cardiac remodeling MI. Methods Permanent coronary ligation was performed assess activation, composition, function murine global platelet-specific knockout models under pharmacological inhibition with prasugrel using flow cytometry, qPCR, immunohistochemistry echocardiography. In vitro studies including colony forming unit (CFU) assays cytometry allowed investigation ADP-dependent effects intracellular pathway analysis. Results We identified ADP danger signal BM, fueling by promoting Akt phosphorylation cycle progression. Detection implicated direct effect via signaling. deficiency decelerated consecutively reduced excessive translating lower numbers progenitors blood infarct. Ultimately, ameliorated chronic adverse preserved Conclusion P2Y12-mediated activation promotes fuels post-ischemic inflammation, proposing antagonists CVD beyond atherothrombosis. The role of microRNAs in cardiovascular disease
Cardiovascular disease has become the main factor of death and birth defects in the world. There are some therapeutic structures and drugs for curative and palliative therapy of the disease, but to the aim of accessing reliable therapy or to postpone onset of disease, especially for individuals with heritable coronary artery disease in their pedigree Genetic engineering technologies are making...
متن کاملCentral role of the P2Y12 receptor in platelet activation.
Platelet activation occurs in response to vessel injury and is important for the arrest of bleeding. Platelet activation during disease states leads to vascular occlusion and ischemic damage. The P2Y(12) receptor, activated by ADP, plays a central role in platelet activation and is the target of P2Y(12) receptor antagonists that have proven therapeutic value.

15 صفحه اولThe Role of Pre-hospital and Hospital Emergency system in Ischemic Time Management of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients: A Review
According to the latest guidelines, the best intervention to restore blood flow through occluded coronary arteries is angioplasty at a time less than 90 minutes. Delay in timely implementation of reperfusion is one of the key issues in the management of ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). In this review study, papers published from 1999-2019 were used to investigate Role of Pre-hospital...
